In the event that a supplier defaults prior to providing the service to you for which payment has been made, the sole recourse for refund shall be with the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering such defaults if any or from other responsible third party unless such was caused by “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.). In those situations in which a supplier defaults prior to providing services you may pursue any recourse against the supplier for refund, which may be permitted by law or statute.

 

Except as expressly stated herein, “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) assumes no responsibility for actions relating to travel services beyond the control of “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) or its employees. “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of Travel products. “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in schedule or equipment or accommodations for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

“加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) acts as a service bureau that provides value added service to retail travel agents and consumers. “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) has no control over and assumes no liability for the actions of the suppliers from whom it obtains Travel products.

“加国吃喝玩乐” does not guarantee, endorse, validate or promote other advertiser products and services that are advertised on this website.

Important Note: For bookings made from 6 April 2020, you should take into account the risk of COVID-19 and related government measures. If you don’t book a flexible rate, you may not be entitled to a refund. We advise you to closely follow any government and health organisation travel advice. We recommend booking with a flexible rate with free cancellation in case you need to change your travel plans, we also recommend booking travel insurance with cancellation protection in case any non-refundable cost incurs. Arriving into Canada: Starting 1st April all air passengers are no longer needed to show a negative Covid-19 PCR (molecular polymerase chain reaction) test result. Details of vaccination proof can be found on Health Canada official website. It is mandatory to download the ArriveCAN app and submit traveller details prior to check-in.

 

Refund

All packages including taxes and service fees are non-refundable or at minimum carry a non-refundable portion. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Any increased change in pricing quoted at time of booking to time of issuance of travel documents that is more than 7% of the booking quoted price except any increase resulting from an increase in Retail Sales Tax or Federal Goods & Services Tax, shall entitle the customer to cancel the booking and obtain a full refund. Any price increases occurring after issuance of travel documents are our responsibility, except for increases in Retail Sales Tax or Federal Goods & Services Tax. No price increases are permitted once payment has been made in full and travel documents have been issued.

 

Credit Card

You agree to authorize the ticket issuer to charge your credit card number the amount that is shown as the Grand Total. “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) reserves the right to decline payment by way of 3rd party credit cards and/or international credit cards. At the time of processing your transaction if your credit card declines, we will make all efforts to notify you by way of an email message within 1 business day. The transaction will not be processed if your credit card has declined. The FARE and any other booking details are NOT GUARANTEED until time of issuance.

 

Confirmation

Your booking will provide you with a confirmation number after you have made payment in full. We will make all effort to send you the invoice by way of an email message within 5 business days. Due to the dynamics of instant purchase packages, it is possible that the price of any product purchased may change at the time of booking. In the event of a price discrepancy, one of our specialists will be in direct contact with you.

Baggage Allowance and Restrictions

Baggage fees are not included in the cost of your package. Baggage Allowance and Restrictions will apply to all airlines and are subject to change at any time. We recommend that you check with the airline you are traveling with to verify the specific baggage restrictions or ask one of our agents to find it for you. You may visit the individual airline’s website for most up-to-date baggage information. Recently, luggage weight limitations have been further reduced and some airlines will charge fees for checked Baggage even when operating on a code share agreement. Air Canada 4-digit flight numbers going to/via USA or International destinations are codeshare flights & will be subject to the operating carrier’s baggage allowance and fees. Please check with the operating carrier for their Baggage guidelines. You will be charged additional fees each time you go over the size and/or weight allowances. Please note that fees for Baggage are paid for directly to the airline and can change at any time. Baggage fees are per person, per direction unless otherwise stated.

 

Seat Requests

For more information on seat selection and associated charges for your particular reservation, please visit the ‘Manage Your Booking’ section on the email message we sent to you, or alternatively contact your booking agent. Although we can make a request for your preferred seat/s, we cannot guarantee the request will be honoured by the airline.

 

Passports/Visas/Health Requirements

Prior to booking your trip, you should ensure that you meet the passport, visa, affidavit, health and other requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (even if it is for a plane change). Canadian Citizens are required to present a current valid Canadian passport for entry or transit through most countries; otherwise, entry or transit may be denied. Please note children holding a Canadian passport and are aged between 12 and 16 years can either sign their passports or leave them blank without a signature. A signature in the passport is not required at all for children under the age of 12 years. Under no circumstances should a parent or guardian sign their child’s passport. This would render the passport invalid and boarding may be denied. We remind you that living standards and practices at your travel destination and the conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada. Special Note Regarding COVID-19

In the event that the air operator observes that the air traveller has COVID-19 symptoms or that their response to any of the questions on the health check indicates a need to deny boarding (including refusal to answer the questions), the air operator will be required to refuse to board the person for travel for a period of 14 days or until a medical certificate is presented that confirms that the symptoms that the person is exhibiting are not related to the COVID-19 virus. Entry Requirements for Non-Canadians Entering Canada

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover you for cancellation, health, emergencies, baggage and other losses, if applicable. If the customer wants to make an insurance claim, it is their responsibility to either contact the applicable Insurance Company directly as soon as possible. Please contact the insurance company if you require more information regarding travel insurance.

Cancellation / Changes

If you need to change or cancel your travel plans, it is your responsibility to modify in Tripbook portal or to notify us in writing of such a request. The packages we issue are on-sale, which have restrictions on them and may be up to 100% non-refundable and non-changeable. Therefore, you should assume all reservations are non-refundable the moment you make the booking. We might charge a service fee for any changes or cancellations to fares. In addition to our charges, most airlines also have a penalty or cancellation fee for any changes or cancellations to fares. Customers who do not appear or ‘no show’ for their flight will forfeit the entire fare paid. If you arrive at the airport late or are denied boarding, you will forfeit the entire fare paid. Please review your itinerary to ensure that all information is correct. Check-in 3 hours prior to departure. Please note that flight times are subject to change. Please reconfirm flight times 4 days prior to departure. Packages are non-transferable. Some packages can be refunded and/or used (for a limited time) towards future travel or can be refunded; however, all applicable penalties will apply (airline charges and service fees). refunds are not permissible for partially used tickets. Some packages do not permit changes. For those carriers that allow changes, a change penalty imposed by the carrier/supplier will be charged in addition to an agency service fee. Furthermore, failing to show up for a flight without notice is classified as a “No-Show” and may result in total loss of ticket value without any future credit. Downgrades to lower fares are not applicable once the ticket has been issued. The supplier providing services for your reservation may impose restrictions concerning your ability to change or modify your reservation. Should you wish to alter your reservation, please contact our offices. “加国吃喝玩乐” will apply a handling charge, in addition to applicable taxes, for all reservation alterations. Please note that the airline and/or supplier reserve the right to change or cancel your confirmed seat selection at any time. Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued photo identification (such as your passport) must appear on your travel document. passport must be valid 6 months from your return date for certain countries, please verify passport requirements for the country visited with their respective consulate or embassy.

 

Frequent Flyer Programs

Most our Airfares allow accumulation of frequent flyer miles. You may enter your frequent flyer program at the time of booking or advise one of our agents to update the number in the booking. Your frequent flyer information is sent to the airline once your ticket is issued. ONLINE FARE RESERVATIONS, MISPRINTS, AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY In the event that more than one set of conditions apply to the same trip then the most restrictive conditions of both sets apply to the entire journey. While it is possible to make bookings electronically for some of the travel services, the act of reserving a product electronically does not imply a final confirmation or commitment by “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) to actually deliver the product reserved at the prices indicated. “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) endeavors to provide current and accurate information on its website, however any misprints or errors may occur. Accordingly, “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.), reserves the right to change the prices, fees, charges regarding the goods and services available on its website at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to the user or any other person. 1.    you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; or

2.    by third parties as a result of:

○      your breach of these Terms and Conditions, notices or documents referenced on the Site;

○      your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or

○      your use of the Site

RELEASE

If you have a dispute with travel service suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators, vacation packages and activities suppliers, Traveller assist service provider and insurance providers to perform the services offered by such suppliers, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

 PRIVACY

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to:

1.    change without notice

A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you provided to us is accurate and that your debit/charge will be accepted. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our verification process. PROMO CODES/COUPON CODES

3.    Non-Transferable, cannot be sold or bartered, no cash value.

DATA SCRAPING

MULTIPLE AIRLINES ITINERARIES

If your Itinerary consists of more than one airline, therefore two separate fare rules will be used, different rules and policies (for example, for baggage fees, change fees, and refunds) may apply in each direction or for each airline. For changes, refunds, exchanges, each airline may charge separately. In case of Schedule change or cancellations: if your initial flight is cancelled or the schedule is changed by either you or the airline, the other airline with which you booked your return flight is not obligated to issue a refund or change your itinerary. You are responsible for complying with each airline’s terms and conditions, which may differ (for example, check-in times and limits on baggage size/weight). You may want to print both of your e-ticket confirmations before starting travel, in case you are asked for proof of return tickets.

HUMAN ERROR

If any of our agents make a mistake or any other human error is made in the booking process, we shall make reasonable attempts to rectify these errors at the time of occurrence.   “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) stands committed to providing compensation up to a maximum of the entire service fees that “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) has collected for that booking in addition to a C$50 coupon as redemption towards purchases from   “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) in the future. You must notify us of errors within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary. Beyond this 24-hour period, “加国吃喝玩乐” (1750053 ONTARIO Ltd.) will not be responsible for these errors.

GOVERNING LAW; SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION

IMPROPERLY FILED CLAIMS

All Claims you bring against us must be resolved in accordance with this “Resolution of Disputes” section. All Claims filed or brought not in accordance with to this “Resolution of Disputes” section shall be considered improperly filed and void. Should you file a Claim not in accordance with this “Resolution of Disputes” section, we may recover from you, to the extent permitted by applicable law, our attorneys’ fees and costs up to $1,000, provided that we have notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
